Each piece of equipment has been designed and manuafactured in Indiana. We make each item in small batches by hand, steel and torch. We ship equipment once a week, so please be patient and we'll be sure to respond to any inquiries you may have.

Online Ordering: Online ordering can be done from anywhere, at anytime, 24 hours a day. We have provided a secure “shopping cart” system to allow you to select the products you want to buy as you browse our website. When checking out, we have provided a secure SSL protected shopping cart to protect your privacy and personal information.

We take pride in the fact that most orders are processed within a week of receiving orders. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for UPS delivery.
Oversized and heavy items over 100 lbs are shipped by freight carrier. With freight carrier shipments, inside delivery is not available. Should you need installation service, please contact the main office at info@torqueathletic.com and we will assist in making arrangements. (Any additional fees will be determined at this time.) With freight orders, it is the receiver’s responsibility to unload and install product(s), unless installation arrangements have been pre-arranged.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, therefore we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residence or business address.
We do ship International Orders. You will be responsible for any import taxes on your end.

Only Indiana residents are subject to sales tax collected by Torque Athletic. Check with your state tax authority to be sure you are not subject to local taxes.
International customers may be subject to taxes payable to your own country upon receiving your shipment, but we do not collect or know what amount these taxes will be. Check with your country’s tax authority for more details about these importation taxes.
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Torque Athletic within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and packaging. We will then replace any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise at the expense of the shipping carrier.
Please inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery before signing off with the driver.
Damage occurring during shipment must be noted with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for the damages. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected. Keep all original packaging and merchandise as received. Damage claims must be filed with the freight carrier before we can replace lost or damaged merchandise.
Torque Athletic welcomes all returns and exchanges. Just return the item with a letter that provides your name, contact information, the reason for the exchange or return and instructions regarding your wishes regarding the exchange or refund. Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns after 7 days. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be charged to all equipment returns.
Custom made or customized products orders may not be returned.
With the exceptions of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.

We regularly update our inventory levels to maintain our customer’s needs. However, sometimes a demand for a product exceeds our estimated inventory stock and we may run out of an item. In this case, we immediately issue production orders to replenish the low stock. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will ship out the in stock items immediately and the backordered item as soon as it becomes available. No customer will be charged for items on backorder until the items are shipped.
These policies are subject to change at any time without notice. Especially in instances where people are found to be mis-representing themselves, or attempting to cheat our company.
We are constantly updating our product offerings. Some products may change size, shape or color from the image shown on the website.
Do to the nature of manufacturing, there may be slight variations in color and texture between products.
